All coaches need to be advised that the discipline level needs to be dealt with as follows:

• Coaches are to deal with any warnings that are at a level 1. This will involve speaking to the relevant parties and logging any warning given via the incident form.

• Age Co-Ordinators are to deal with any warnings that are at a level 2. This will involve the coach speaking with the Age Co-Ordinator and providing any previous information collected. The Age Co-Ordinator will need to speak to the relevant parties and log any warning given via the incident form.

• The Welfare Officer is to deal with any warnings that are at a level 3. This will then be looked into and all, if any, information submitted at levels 1 and 2 will be collated and the Welfare Officer will deal with it appropriately.
